Our Favourite James Oliver Installations Of 2021
It may be well into January, but we can’t stop thinking about what an incredible year James Oliver had in 2021!
We completed a variety of installations for homeowners across Lincolnshire, East Midlands and the surrounding areas. Our projects were extremely varied with our customers keeping us on our toes with creative input into the designs!
Replacing the old with the new
We designed and installed this sleek, modern living space after demolishing our customers’ old conservatory and brickwork, revitalising their beautiful home.
The homeowners wanted to replace their outdated glass roof with a thermally-efficient solid roof. They also wanted the glazing to extend to the top of the living space to compensate for any loss of light. Our team of installers built new walls and fitted a Guardian Solstice roof with Extreme grey foil on white windows and doors. The end result is stunning!
An instant uplift for the home’s exterior
This striking new entrance elevated the exterior of our customer’s home! Our customer chose a grey colour to stand out amongst the countless white doors on the street.
Our designers spent some time going through the final touches with our customer to make sure they contributed to the desired look. After careful consideration, they selected classic silver hardware and patterned glazing to finish off the door.
As you can see, the final result was a unique yet classic entrance!
An extension with a versatile opening
The bi-folding doors on this James Oliver extension made all the difference! Firstly, the living space’s Anthracite Grey finish was chosen to match our customers’ existing windows for a complementary look.
With the goal of connecting the indoor space to the garden in seconds, James Oliver’s bi-folding doors were the obvious choice for a statement door. The versatile opening has provided our customers with a stunning view when they’re fully opened, fully closed or partially opened!
Breathing new life into a tired porch
We loved transforming our customers’ existing, tired looking porch. We updated their porch with rosewood Extreme UPVC windows, a new door, and new cladding and guttering.
