You’ve really got to do your homework when looking for a home improvement company in order to avoid disappointment.
Before giving the green light to any company, we suggest asking friends and family members for recommendations, checking which installers in your area are endorsed by an approved industry body and reading lots of customer reviews.
On some company websites, it’s difficult to tell whether the ‘customer’ reviews displayed are genuine or not.
They definitely are on our own Customer Reviews page as they’re pulled in from the impartial, independent customer feedback website, Feefo, which is also used by heavyweights such as Allianz and Expedia.
We would never dream of trying to deceive our customers with fraudulent reviews, and we have no need to do that any way as the majority of reviews submitted about James Oliver Conservatories via Feefo are wholesome in their praise.
